Gute und Böse gibt es nicht, nur Unvermögen oder Großzügigkeit. Hermanns Kunst ist direkte Rede, reale Vergleiche, detaillierte Wahrnehmung. Und doch bleiben die Erzählungen angenehm unvollständig.
