Each section contains recipes belonging specifically to the country to which the chapter is dedicated, and includes the popular local specialties as well as a balanced selection of dishes fully representative of the country's culinary traditions. Where some national dishes are of similar origin or content -- particularly in the case of Indonesia and Malaysia, where there are many overlapping ideas -- I have omitted some from one chapter to use in the other so as to avoid repetition; similarly, I have loosely categorised recipes from areas north of India, including Kashmir and Pakistan, under 'Indian' purely for reasons of convenience."--

These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.
