Stop ApologisingSilence Your Inner Critic, Find Your Confidence, Stop Saying Sorry

Format: Paperback

Condition: Standard Secondhand — £1.00
What do the conditions mean?

Our conditions mean the following:

  • New - a brand new book
  • Almost New - appears new but is actually secondhand.
  • Very Good - only minor imperfections such as minor scuffs to edge or cover or a price written in pencil or shop sticker.
  • Standard Secondhand - Clearly been read before, but not too bad. We do not recommend these for gifting. Spines usually creased. Could also include creases or folds to cover, some writing such as in the cover or elsewhere, underlining or highlighting, but might not do. Possibly some stains or marks. Similar in general to books in any secondhand shop or charity shop.
  • Poor Condition - Usually this will have a specific problem such as writing inside, water damage, missing dust jacket, heavy staining, large creases or cuts. These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.

Do you find yourself saying sorry all the time? Does your habit of apologising hold you back personally or professionally? Do you wish you could stop, and sound more confident and assertive instead?
When you repeatedly say “Sorry for interrupting” or “Sorry, this may be a stupid question” it’s often because you suffer from a lack of confidence and a noisy inner critic who’s saying ”You’re not good enough” or “You have to be perfect”.
Tara Rule brings her Positive Psychology and professional coaching experience to life through vulnerable, raw and real stories. They will help you reframe what you say to others and - more powerfully - what you say to yourself.
Stop Apologising helps you believe in yourself, back yourself… and stop saying sorry in order to achieve what you want in life.
Read the book, enjoy the book, apply Tara’s ideas from the book.
You’ll never be sorry that you did.
