DrizzleOlive oil-infused recipes from across the Mediterranean

Condition: Very Good — £13.51
What do the conditions mean?

Our conditions mean the following:

  • New - a brand new book
  • Almost New - appears new but is actually secondhand.
  • Very Good - only minor imperfections such as minor scuffs to edge or cover or a price written in pencil or shop sticker.
  • Standard Secondhand - Clearly been read before, but not too bad. We do not recommend these for gifting. Spines usually creased. Could also include creases or folds to cover, some writing such as in the cover or elsewhere, underlining or highlighting, but might not do. Possibly some stains or marks. Similar in general to books in any secondhand shop or charity shop.
  • Poor Condition - Usually this will have a specific problem such as writing inside, water damage, missing dust jacket, heavy staining, large creases or cuts. These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.

"Food of the Greek gods and sun-soaked superfood, extra-virgin olive oil represents a delicious embarrassment of riches, poised to elevate every single meal, from Tuscan beans on garlic toast to olive oil on ice cream. In this first book from one of the fastest growing premium olive oil brands, Citizen of Soil, discover a carefully curated collection of olive-oil drenched recipes from olive groves right across the Mediterranean. Olive oil sommelier and Citizens of Soil founder Sarah Fulton Vachon explains all the glories of the golden liquid: how to taste, how to cook with it, and how it changes the way we eat, from our skin to our heart to our microbiome. Olive oil tasting is followed by recipes organized by occasion, including mid-morning breaks, tapas, long Sunday meals, aperitivo with friends and family suppers, all focused on the enduring dining culture of the Mediterranean"-- Amazon.com.
