Impact-first Product TeamsDefine Success. Do Work That Matters. Be Indispensable.
What do the conditions mean?
Our conditions mean the following:
- New - a brand new book
- Almost New - appears new but is actually secondhand.
- Very Good - only minor imperfections such as minor scuffs to edge or cover or a price written in pencil or shop sticker.
- Standard Secondhand - Clearly been read before, but not too bad. We do not recommend these for gifting. Spines usually creased. Could also include creases or folds to cover, some writing such as in the cover or elsewhere, underlining or highlighting, but might not do. Possibly some stains or marks. Similar in general to books in any secondhand shop or charity shop.
- Poor Condition - Usually this will have a specific problem such as writing inside, water damage, missing dust jacket, heavy staining, large creases or cuts. These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.

"Around the world, product teams are waking up to the same uncomfortable truth: doing things "the right way" doesn't matter if your team loses its funding or your company goes out of business. Simply put, product teams can no longer afford to be disconnected from the business impact of their work. And well-trodden "best practices" from Silicon Valley behemoths can only provide so much guidance for teams working across vastly different business and funding models. In Impact-first Product Teams, product leader and consultant Matt LeMay provides clear-eyed and reality-tested guidance for doing the work that matters most to your business. This concise and practical book walks you through the questions and conversation starters that have helped product teams across industries and geographies put impact at the heart of their work - and keep it there"--Amazon website.
