King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table (Classics Illustrated)
Low stock: 1 left
The legend of Arthur, King of England, and his Knights of the Round Table of Camelot, including Sir Lancelot, Sir Galahad, Sir Gawain, Merlin and Guinevere. The legend herein tells of the sword in the stone, the Lady of the Lake, the forming of the Round Table and of course, the search for the greatest treasure of all: the Holy Grail.
Classics Illustrated tells these wonderful tales in colorful comic strip form, offering an excellent introduction for younger readers. This edition also includes theme discussions and study questions, which can be used both in the classroom and at home to further engage the reader in the story.
The Classics Illustrated comic book series began in 1941 with its first issue, Alexandre Dumas' "The Three Musketeers", and has since included over 200 classic tales released around the world. This new CCS Books edition is specifically tailored to engage and educate young readers with some of the greatest works ever written, while still thrilling older readers who have loving memories of this series of old.

Condition Descriptions
Our conditions mean the following:
- New - a brand new book
- Almost New - appears new but is actually secondhand.
- Very Good - only minor imperfections such as minor scuffs to edge or cover or price price written in pencil or shop sticker.
- Standard Secondhand - Clearly been read before, but not too bad. We do not recommend these for gifting. Spines usually creased. Could also include creases or folds to cover, some writing such as in the cover or elsewhere, underlining or highlighting, but might not do. Possibly some stains or marks. Similar in general to books in any secondhand shop or charity shop.
- Poor Condition - Usually this will have a specific problem such as writing inside, water damage, missing dust jacket, heavy staining, large creases or cuts. These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.
