My Name is CovidA Children's Guide to Understanding the Coronavirus

Condition: Standard Secondhand — £763.47
What do the conditions mean?

Our conditions mean the following:

  • New - a brand new book
  • Almost New - appears new but is actually secondhand.
  • Very Good - only minor imperfections such as minor scuffs to edge or cover or a price written in pencil or shop sticker.
  • Standard Secondhand - Clearly been read before, but not too bad. We do not recommend these for gifting. Spines usually creased. Could also include creases or folds to cover, some writing such as in the cover or elsewhere, underlining or highlighting, but might not do. Possibly some stains or marks. Similar in general to books in any secondhand shop or charity shop.
  • Poor Condition - Usually this will have a specific problem such as writing inside, water damage, missing dust jacket, heavy staining, large creases or cuts. These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.

Meet Covid he was born in the year 2019. He thought he had superpowers as he was invisible to humans. He changed our world and lives forever... or so it seemed until our clever real life superhero's which you may know as doctors, nurses and scientists came to our rescue and helped us come together to win the fight against this pesky virus Covid and his friends. I hope this book will be a valuable educational resource as well as a storybook that will support parents and teachers when explaining to children what Covid-19 is and how we can keep safe. I want to acknowledge and give thanks to my daughter Millie who helped my idea come alive with her fun child friendly illustrations that I am sure many children will enjoy.
