Shaking Hands with the DevilA manual for beating panic attacks and realising your Dreams

Format: Paperback

Condition: Very Good — £4.78
What do the conditions mean?

Our conditions mean the following:

  • New - a brand new book
  • Almost New - appears new but is actually secondhand.
  • Very Good - only minor imperfections such as minor scuffs to edge or cover or a price written in pencil or shop sticker.
  • Standard Secondhand - Clearly been read before, but not too bad. We do not recommend these for gifting. Spines usually creased. Could also include creases or folds to cover, some writing such as in the cover or elsewhere, underlining or highlighting, but might not do. Possibly some stains or marks. Similar in general to books in any secondhand shop or charity shop.
  • Poor Condition - Usually this will have a specific problem such as writing inside, water damage, missing dust jacket, heavy staining, large creases or cuts. These are readable copies but not nice ones. On other websites this condition is called 'Acceptable' or 'Fair' , but we want to be more honest.

If you, or anybody you know has ever suffered from panic attacks, you''ll know exactly how terrifying they can be. Richard shows you how positive self talk, confronting the past, and using complimentary therapies, can banish anxiety forever.

Richard also explains how we put up too many boundaries in life, making us more miserable and stagnant than needs to be the case. In the right mind, you are happy, and tomorrow is just another exciting adventure.

Written by a fellow sufferer, this is a no bones account of how it really feels to live with panic, inner most thoughts included, and what you can do about them so you don''t have to live like this anymore.

Work through this book from today, and your world will change from a place of fear, into one of endless possibilities.
